The Business Initiative Corporation of New York[BIC] administers the SBA 504 Loan Program. BIC works with the SBA and with private lenders to provide financing to small businesses, focusing on all industries and sectors comprising the NYS economy - industrial, commercial, manufacturers, and service industries. For profit organizations, partnerships, proprietorships, and LLC's are eligible. Minimum loan amount is $50,000; maximum is $5,000,000 - $5.5 million in priority areas.
