This workshop is designed to introduce newcomers to the captivating world of Dungeons & Dragons, specifically tailored to guide participants through the basics of gameplay, character creation, and essential rules of D&D 5th Edition. During the workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on activities, including creating their first character and participating in a quick game session to familiarize themselves with the mechanics. We provide guidance on navigating character sheets both manually and through digital platforms like dndbeyond.com, ensuring accessibility for all participants. To facilitate the workshop, attendees are encouraged to bring their own set of D&D dice and either a printed or digital character sheet. However, we also ensure to have additional dice and resources available on-site for those in need. This event is open to the public, welcoming adventurers of all levels of experience to join us on this exciting journey.
