Hand-Made: Handmade Then and Now: The Paper Arts Edition
Are you a fan of origami, paper sculpture, and handmade books? Would you like to learn how to find more resources on these paper arts and more? In this free class, crafty librarian Jessica Pigza shares tips on finding just the right books, magazines, and digital collections at the Library to inform and inspire you in your own paper-based handmade work.
Note: This is a single-session class, but it will be offered once again this summer: July 26, 2011: 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
(If you're a fan of all things handmade, you may also like another summer class on the Library's calendar: Handmade Then and Now: The Stitchery Edition. It will be offered twice this summer: July 30, 2011: 11:00am to 12:00noon; and August 16, 2011: 6:30pm to 7:30pm.)
