  • This site includes job search, a resume database, featured articles, issues and opinions, disability resources, and community events.

  • Careers and community for talented people with disabilities.  Can search by job categories and by employers.

  • A combined effort from Ability magazine and Headhunter.net. Job seekers may post a resume and search the JOBS database, while employers may post job openings.

  • JAN is a free service of the Office of Disability Employment Policy, Department of Labor.  It is designed  to increase the employability of people with disabilities by providing individualized worksites accommodations solutions, providing technical assistance regarding the ADA and other disability related legislation, and educating callers about self-employment options.

  • A corporate resource related to the employment of people with disabilities.  Users may post or revise their resumes or search for employment.

  • New York City Industries for the Blind  (NYCIB) provides two programs, Blue Power Employment Program which is a job training and placement program, the other one is a Recruitment Program which features jobs available at NYCIB facilities.

  • VESID, an office of the New York State Education Department, each year offers thousands of New Yorkers who have a disability an opportunity to become independent through education, training and employment.
