Submitted by Lisa Brisbane (not verified) on March 25, 2019 - 6:50pm
Dear Rubin Diaz Jr.
I would really appreciate some help in finding landlords that will accept these vouchers. I am working to help people but getting NO-WHERE!!
I would like to work with you to develop and create a quarterly event to educate the public on affordable housing in all income levels. Credit education/credit repair, apartment readiness - what are landlords looking for : credit/40X rent for annual income/ have landlords who participate gain full knowledge of program advantages and bonus available. Educate people on home ownership and get investors to also invest in the Bronx. As a native New Yorker and proud Bronxite it is my mission to help elevate, mentor and coach people.
Please let me know your thoughts!
