The particulars of a very eligible freehold estate, [electronic resource] : situate in the parishes of Abbott's Roothing and Little Laver, Five Miles from Harlow, Ten from Epping and Bishop's Stortford, and Fourteen from Chelmsford, in the County of Essex; comprising the manor of Abbas Roothing, With Annual Quit Rents, Fines at Will of Lord, Heriots, Palfrey Money, Court Baron, Royalties, and Appurtenances, and two very excellent farms, called Rookwood Hall and Hull Green; Containing about Four Hundred and Eighty-Six Acres of very good Meadow, Pasture, Arable, and Wood Lands, With Two exceeding good suitable Farm Houses, a Cottage, proper Barns and Out-Buildings; in the possession of Mr. William Perr and Mrs. Martha Schooling, on Leases, at Rents amounting to Three Hundred and Thirty-Five Pounds Ten Shillings per annum, Exclusive of the Manor and Woods: which will be sold by auction, by Mess.
