The whole giving a clear and comprehensive view of a dispute respecting the right of property in a tract of land, containing above four hundred thousand acres in the heart of New-Jersey, and which dispute may ultimately destroy the title to above four hundred thousand more, in different parts of the state, and which land now is, and part of it for above sixty years past has been, possessed by thousands of industrious freeholders.
