Features interviews and performances of Dr. John, Irma Thomas, Cyril Neville, Marcia Ball, Kermit Ruffins, Cowboy Mouth, and the Iguanas. Discusses the shock, sorrow, and courage the musicians experienced as they struggled to return to their homes, rebuild their careers, and revive their community.
