  • The 1st work for 16 percussionists ; the 2nd work for instrumental ensemble and vocal quartet (SMzTBar) in four widely-spaced trios: solo violin with two flutes, solo oboe with 2 clarinets, solo cello with 2 bassoons, piano (4 hands) with timpani and xylophone. In balcony, equally spaced: soprano voice w/ trumpet, mezzo w/ trumpet, tenor w/ trombone, baritone w/ trombone ; the 3rd work for piano, 2 violins, viola, cello, and accordian.
