  • "More than half of the recordings in this set came from rough transfers provided to me on open-reel tape, CD-Rs and digital file downloads. The oldest (the unissued Lassimonnne Bach) was derived from a tape made several decades ago. For all the sources, I corrected pitch, declicked, re-equalized and joined sides as needed."-- Mark Obert-Thorn (from insert).
