- The 1st work recorded monophonically on tape in Rome in 1951 and was previously released on Concert Hall CHS-1238 and Musical Masterpiece Society MMS-105; the 7th-8th works were originally recorded on tape in 1952 and released on Concert Hall CHS 1640; the remainder were recorded on 78 rpm at various sessions in New York City (the 2d and 4th-6th works in 1947, the 3d and last in 1948) and except for the last work were released on CHC-51.
