Summary
  1. A video recording of a tribute to Louis Horst from the 1984 Riverside Dance Festival at the Riverside Church in New York, NY. The first section of the presentation is a slideshow with a recorded interview with Louis Horst playing. The majority of the images in the slideshow are difficult to see on this recording. Following the slideshow, there is a soprano performance of three songs accompanied with a live piano. Then the Martha Graham Dance Company performs El penitente. This is followed by a musical performance of Celebration. The second half of the program begins a panel discussion by graduates of the Neighborhood Playhouse: Harold Aldridge, Joanne Woodward, and Marian Seldes. The final performance is Primitive mysteries danced by the Martha Graham Dance Ensemble.
