- A video recording of a fundraising event for Fund for dance sponsored by Chemical Bank. There are a series of speeches by members of the Corporate fund for dance including Charlie McCabe, Bill Phelps, and April Rill. There are also speeches given by dance company members. These include Merce Cunningham of the Merce Cunningham Dance Company, Judith Jamison of the Alvin Ailey Dance Company, and Yuriko of the Martha Graham Dance Company. The speeches are followed by a performance of Conversation of lovers, the duet from Acts of light, performed by Myra Woodruff and Young-Ha Yoo of the Martha Graham Dance Company. Following the performance, there is a raffle announced by Charlie McCabe and assisted by Kitty Carlisle-Hart. The event concludes with Jenny Sandler of the Joffrey Ballet Company presenting a pair of pointe shoes to Charlie McCabe.
