Newhouse of Newhouse Galleries and various lobby paintings, inaugural float parade on Broadway and the theatre's marquee billing stage productions Niggemeyer's Publix Revue, Ted Claire, Rubinoff and Crawford, Tommy Dorsey, Nicholas Brothers, the motion picture Strange Cargo and Jack Benny and Fred Allen in the motion picture Love Thy Neighbor.
