  2. Decoration: 37 half-page miniatures in grisaille of an original 38 (one apparently missing after f. 73). Large gold initials on blue and pink fields.
  3. 20 of the 37 miniatures are based entirely or partially on engravings by Israhel van Mechenem.
  4. Script: Bâtarde.
  5. Of the two redactions of Mansel's text, the present copy represents an extract from the second and longer version, i.e. the piece of its Book 3 that treats of Christ, Mary and the Apostles (omitting the rest of Book 3 about the saints and moral exempla).
