- Ulrich Richental was an eyewitness to the proceedings at Constance, 1414-1418. Here in a southern German dialect; there is uncertainty if the original was in Latin. This is the first and most expansive redaction (of 3).
- Layout: Written in 2 columns of 35 ines, ruled in drypoint. Irregular gatherings.
- Decoration: 116 full-page pen drawings colored in water-color. 835 colored coats of arms. 1-line, 2-line and 3-line red initials.
- Script: Hybrida.
- Paper - Similar to Briquet 15678 (Geneva 1485) and 11146 (Augsburg, Basel, Strasbourg 1481).
