  • Aundrie Dee Robinson (1961-2000) was a poet, community organizer, and founder of Round Table of Unity (RTU), a non-profit organization based in Brattleboro, Vermont. Robinson worked with local businesses and organizations such as the Coalition for Unlearning/Uprooting Racism through Education (CURE) to address racism in Brattleboro by coordinating community programs and events such as Martin Luther King, Jr. Unity Day Celebrations. She led two community writing groups for young people: Pint Size Poets and Rainbow Posse Spoken Word Artists. Robinson died of breast cancer in 2000.
