Musical variety show, staged as a benefit for the Phyllis Newman Women's Health Initiative of the Actors' Fund of America. Blythe Danner reads a letter from First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, who could not attend in person. Rita Moreno, who won a Tony Award in 1975 for her performance in Terrence McNally's The Ritz, performs a scene from that play.
