- Carlton L. "Carl" Clark is an African American photographer, based in Baltimore, Maryland, whose work consists of social documentary and freelance editorial photography. His work has been exhibited extensively in the United States and the United Kingdom, and has appeared in various publictions including Vanity Fair, the Los Angeles Times, and the Guardian newspapers of London. Clark died in Pikesville, Maryland, in 2015.

- Depictions of African American women in Baltimore, Maryland, in 1991, emphasizing the style of clothing and hats that they wear to Sunday morning religious services. Images are selections from the "Sunday Morning" series, which is part of a larger series called "The Women." The selections here consist of quarter to full-length posed portraits; group portraits of women with family members; and a candid close-up shot. Subjects are depicted as they are leaving church services. Also depicted is a woman standing near an abandoned building (1985).
