Summary

Panel discussion on the experiences of working actors. Panelists tell how they decided to become performers, and describe their early acting experiences. They discuss the importance of feedback from audiences and peers, compare notes on their feelings about auditioning for roles, handling conflicts with directors, and other topics related to their work. Tyzack talks about her current experiences in the Broadway production of Peter Shaffer's Lettice and Lovage, Perlman discusses stepping into a role on short notice in the drama A few good men, Morse describes the audience response to Six degrees of separation, etc. Panelists also take questions from members of the audience.
