Summary
In this episode of the American Theatre Wing's Working in the theatre seminar series the ATW's Design Awards are presented. Awards go to Jerome Sirlin for the projections he created for Philip Glass' piece 1000 airplanes on the roof, Susan Young for costume creations she designed for the Ridiculous Theatrical Company's A tale of two cities, Alison Yerxa for her set pieces used in Mabou Mines' The warrior ant, and Jennifer Tipton for lighting several plays and musicals in the course of the year. The recipients discuss their respective productions and display examples of their work.
