1. "The original 1985 Gefn Press edition was from lithographs drawn by Susan Johanknecht with the text rubberstamped and printed at Central School of Art in London in an edition of thirty copies. This is a half-size facsimile of the original edition and was printed by offset at The Stinehour Press in Lunenburg Vermont"--Colophon.
2. A French-fold book printed on a single sheet of paper which has been cut and folded into an accordion. The structure, tabbed at one end, may be unfolded into a circular display or read as a traditional book. Wrapped in Thai gold-threaded burgundy Kozo paper along with a colophon, and laid into a white cardboard box (19 x 12 x 3 cm). The colophon is printed on pink paper and wrapped around a piece of Bristol board, and attached at the back to the burgundy Kozo paper. The box lid is lined with decorated paper made to resemble snake skin. Paper belly band closure with title stamped on front.
