Summary
Panel discussion exploring the relationship between playwrights, directors, and choreographers. Playwright Christopher Durang talks about some of his professional experiences, such as the development of his play Beyond therapy from Off-Broadway to Broadway under different directors, as well as his unhappy collaboration with director Robert Altman, who directed the 1987 film adaptation of his play. Playwright Michael Chepiga discusses his play Getting and spending, currently running on Broadway. Directors Hynes and Mantello, and choreographer Daniele, discuss various aspects of their careers.
