- Note
- Programs (1888 - 1914) for Hamlet by William Shakespeare, primarily in the United States and England, documenting performances by a range of actors from the late 19th to the early 20th century including Lester Wallack, Joseph Haworth, and Robert Mantell, the bulk reflecting performances by E.H. Sothern and Johnston Forbes-Robertson. Of note is a 1906 farewell performance by Sarah Bernhardt in a repertory of scenes from five of her famous roles, including Act II of the French translation of Hamlet by Eugène Morand and Marcel Schwob.
