  1. · To Dorothy Jordan, actress : 1 autograph letter signed "William" : "Thursday night" [24 Sep 1812] : (MISC 0847) : 2 ¹/₂ pages (double sheet) + letter cover : from St. James's : begins, "I have found all the dear children quite well and shall keep them tomorrow so that they will not return to you till Saturday . . . ." The letter cover (MISC 0848) with autograph address to "Miss Sketchley," Dorothy Jordan's companion, "at Messrs. Rundle and Williams, Plymouth"; dated "September twenty fifth 1812"; with autograph franking signature ("Clarence") and large armorial red wax seal.
