Varies in subsequent issues; 1790: "Illustrated with an accurate and elegant plan ... "; 1791-1795: "Illustrated with a new and accurate plan of the city, and part of Long-Island, exactly laid down, agreeably to the latest survey"; 1796: "Illustrated with a plan of the city and part of Long-Island, laid down agreeably to the latest survey." Despite statement on title page, issue for 1796 was issued without the map.
