  • This script includes the lyrics of the song Johanna : Mea Culpa on leaves 39-44. The song, which had been sung by Edmund Lyndeck, was cut from the original production but was included in the cast recording. The script was used and marked by Mr. Lyndeck. There is no sheet music.
