Leida Snow interviews Todd Haimes, who talks about his fourteen year career as artistic director of Roundabout Theatre which started in 1983 when he was 26 years old, and the theater was a small and financially troubled Off-Broadway troupe, and later became a major Broadway and Off-Broadway presence under his direction. He also speaks about the upcoming productions of the theatre and his professional plans for the next theatrical season, and the good feelings about the future of his theatre.
