He describes how he got into show business, and his experiences in several shows that failed, including Home sweet Homer, starring Yul Brynner. He and his accompanist Alan Hill perform a number from their cabaret act. Thacker also talks about his bout with Hodgkin's lymphoma, and how it affected his career.
