- Unpublished, handwritten music score with some lyrics in Yiddish and transliterated Hebrew.
- Includes Overture, Nos. 1-26, 26-1/2, Finalle [sic]. Parts for Leader (score, 1 and 2 stave), harp, violino 1st, cllarnetto [clarinet], cello, flute, cornett, trombone, basso, tymphany.
- Includes sections to be sung by Ezra, Mark Julius, Maxmillian, Yeshua, Alexander, Menachem, and chorus.
- According to Ron Robboy's essay, "Reconstructing a Yiddish theatre score: Giacomo Minkowski and his music to Alexander; or, the crown prince of Jerusalem" in Inventing the Modern Yiddish Stage", the play "Aleksander, oder der kroynprints fun yerusholayim" (Alexander, or, the crown prince of Jerusalem" opened on Friday, December 23, 1892. The play was written by Joseph Lateiner, with music by Giacomo Minkowski and staging by Morris Finkel.
- According to the catalog record for **P (Thomashefsky Collection, No. 721), which is another music score for "Alexander" from the collection of Joseph Brody, NYPL has scripts for "Aleksander, kroyn prints fun Yerusholayim" by Yosef Latayner. Brody was apparently involved in the music for a production of the play in 1910. Scripts for the play itself include **P (Ms. Yid. 228), Call **P (Ms. Yid. 1205), and *ZP-1769, including several scripts for individual parts (Ezra, Alexander, Virgilyo, Maksimilyan, Zurub, Yulyus).
