- Joshua Lockwood Logan III, a stage and film director and writer, who directed Berlin's "Annie get your gun" speaks about Leland Hayward, theatrical producer, and then at length about Irving Berlin, who after the premature and sudden death of Jerome Kern, took over the composition of "Annie." Logan recalls his experiences with Berlin while the latter was at work composing "Annie", his unique talent at writing songs in an amazingly short time, and his sense of humor.
