Flute part is labeled Leonarda Slomerewska (flecistka), Warsaw dnia 2(7?) July 1916 r and flute/oboe prologue is labeled "von J. John-Poleacor".. Tromba part is labeled in back with various notes "Teater Kaminskiego [Kaminski Theater], J. Abramowicz [?], 1926; Teatr Central, August 20, 1918, J. Obayski [?]... "March 6, 1913". Director's part has words in Yiddish and note "Vigderll geyt!". Bass part is labeled "Chuna Kelberg, Varshau, 1916 jahr, bassist" and "L. Ortenberg, Warsawa, January 30, 1926". Trombone part has note on back cover "1926 roku, F. H., Maja 29." Konstanty Ulatowski [-] Warszawa 19[-]8/10[-]18 [8/10 1918?] Osentral. M.   • According to Zalmen Zylbercweig's "Leksikon fun Yidishn teater", v. 2, p. 815, Zlatarewski's play, "Di shvartse hupeh, oder, der Yidisher martirer" (later popular under the name "Der yeshiveh boher, oder, der Yidisher Hamlet") was performed in 1898 or 1899. According to the website Thomashefsky.org, "Der yeshive bokher" (The Yeshivah Student) premiered at the Windsor Theater in New York City in 1899. NYPL has undated scripts for Zlaterewski's play, and a music score by Louis Friedsel for a play called "Povole martirer". According to WorldCat, Harvard has a record for a play called "Der Yeshive boher oder der yudisher martirer" by Thomashefsky. There was also a play by Zlatarewski called "Di shvartse hupeh, oder, der yidisher martirer" (music by Friedsel). According to Zalmen Zylbercweig's "Lekiskon fun yidishn teater", v. 1, p. 737, the play later became popular under the title "Der yeshive boher" and it was also previously known as "Der Yudisher Hamlet", and was published under the title "Der yeshive boher" in Warsaw in 1914. In v. 3 of Zylbercweig, p. 2146, the play "Der Yidisher Hamlet" played in Philadelphia, and then in New York's Windsor Theater by Thomashefsky under the name "Di shvartse hupeh, oder, der yidisher martirer" and it later became known under the title "Der yeshive boher".
