Summary
  1. During Post Show Talk, Janis Brenner & Dancers discuss how most of the choreographic works on this performance were created awhile ago but are new to these performers; having only three rehearsals with Meredith Monk and the discoverery of her original detailed notes from 1964 just before the final rehearsal; trying to reconstruct Murray Louis' Figura as it was originally performed but how it will be different due to the individual dancers performing it; how the performers approach the acting aspect of the work and some of the challenges; and Kyra Barkin's experience performing Guilt after originally seeing it performed by Ms. Brenner at UCLA in the 1990s.
