  1. Though initially created to be included in the 1968 World Council of Churches (WCC) assembly in Sweden, film was ultimately removed from the council's official events due to controversial content.
  2. Preservation duplicate negatives, sound answer print, telecine digital Betacam, and DVD viewing copy were made in 2010 as part of a preservation project done by Bill Brand and the graduate students in his Spring 2010 Film Preservation course, part of NYU's Moving Image Archiving and Preservation graduate program.
  3. Sound answer print available for viewing by request.
