- Miscellany consists of a notebook belonging to New York City merchant Robert Minturn documenting a voyage to England and Scotland and inscribed to Kennedy, and an informal indenture from Benjamin Douglas Silliman granting Kennedy use of "that certain tract ," for the term of 999 years, at the cost of one dime, "payable at the end of said term."
