- Two comedians, Anne Meara and Harvey Fierstein, talk about successful as well as unsuccessful times in their careers, and solutions such as playing in commercials, for their hard times. They recall their childhood holidays spent on Coney Island, Brooklyn, N.Y., their family backgrounds, and various Off-Broadway plays they starred in comic roles. As a playwright, Fierstein also talks about plays he wrote and in which he originated the lead role such as "Torch song trilogy", which was first presented Off-off-Broadway in 1981.
