- Legendary American stand-up comedian, actor, and writer George Carlin discusses his long-term career as a stage and television performer, his preferences in choosing audience for his shows, and explains his hard decision to move from middle class and well paid stages to colleges, that better fitted his conception to be free as an artist. He talks about his family, and his life-time fight with alcohol and drug addiction. He also recalls his personal and professional relationships with another popular comedian Lenny Bruce who was one of Carlin's influences.
