Summary
This interview is conducted on the phone. Ellison, an American writer of short stories, screenplays, teleplays and such, discusses music and his involvement with it, and talks about various groups and individual performers. Whitesell and Ellison analyze the latter's work inspired by the cult and amorality of rock musicians. The writer expresses his negative opinion of contemporary music and compares it with the music of earlier years.
