Lydia Raurell discusses taking up ballroom dance at the age of 54 after raising a family ; John Nyemchek discusses how he began dancing as a child, meeting his wife, becoming a professional dancer, how he became a judge, what he looks for in dancers at these competitions, and teaching at his studio with his wife Cathi ; Mathilda "Tillie" Klein discusses her childhood and dance training, moving to New York City in 1930, learning to dance with roller skates, meeting her husband, dancing again at the age of 91 years old after her husband's death, her daughter setting up a trust fund so she can continue dancing in competitions with Daniel Maloney ; Larinda discusses teaching at her Avanti studio, becoming a professional dancer, and returning to teaching and a pro-am career, and working with the dance team at M.I.T.
