"The lithographs, printed on Arches Velin, were hand pulled by Timothy P. Sheesley at Corridor Press, Otego, New York. The type, Monotype Bembo, was composed by Dan Carr and Julia Ferrari at Golgonooza Letter Foundry, Ashuelot, New Hampshire, and printed by Daniel Keleher at Wild Carrot Letterpress, Hadley, Massachusetts. [Title page] calligraphy by Jerry Kelly. Handbinding by Sarah Creighton"--Colophon.
Printed on double leaves joined at foreedge. Poems and lithographs printed as a series of 10 double-page spreads, with poems on rectos and lithographs on facing versos. Two of the poems are printed on folded leaves.

Publisher's black Fabriano Tiziano paper over lightweight cardboard; title stamped in silver. Issued in a black cloth-covered clamshell box.
