Summary
Tribute to dramatist Eugene O'Neill, on the one-hundredth anniversary of his birth. Actors read from his correspondence, and perform excerpts from several of his plays, including Anna Christie, Strange interlude, Long day's journey into night, and others. Barbara Gelb, who co-authored a biography of O'Neill, speaks about the playwright and presents an award to director Theodore Mann, who directed many of O'Neill's works.
