Summary
Letters patent from King George II, through the Lieutenant Governor of the Colony of New York George Clarke, granting 2,600 acres of land to Anne, Sarah, Catherine, George, Elizabeth, and Mary Bradley, from the vacated patent of Captain John Evans, in Ulster County, New York. The document stipulates that they are to pay a yearly rent of two shillings, six pence per 100 acres, and that the use of gold, silver, and certain trees is reserved for the Royal Navy (March 6, 1739).
