Laser-cut text appears on alternating leaves of hand-made translucent linen paper (Persian calligraphy by Partovi) and silver reflective Mylar (English translation), designed to permit simultaneous reading in both languages. Letterpress title page (title reproduced from Jerry Kelly's calligraphy) and colophon, printed in black and silver.
  4. Lithographs printed in silver on paper leaves and reprinted without re-inking on Mylar leaves. Lithographs are circular, surrounding central circular cutouts in each leaf, which grow progressively smaller.
