Both the frontispiece and the portrait of Harrington are integral, printed as pi1v and a2v (p. [xii]), with pi1r and a2r blank. Leaf *D2 is occasionally found bound at the end, as printed, despite the signature 'f' and pagination xlv-xlvi.
