In "Quick concert notes" (5:51), host John Schaefer mentions the New York premiere of Harry Partch's music theater piece "Revelation in the Courthouse Park" at Alice Tully Hall, which was on Nov. 11-12, 1989. Schaefer also mentions a Kronos Quartet concert at Old First Church (Newark, N. J.) on Monday, Nov. 6 [1989], the day following this broadcast. Finally, Dance Theater Workshop performs their 1989 series.
