- Steven Caras discusses the documentary; becoming a dancer's photographer; being a dancer at New York City Ballet; transitioning to photography; his first experience as a photographer for the Alicia Alonzo book; having an identity crisis when he stopped dancing; pushing himself to do things he is not comfortable doing; his favorite dance at NYCB was Donizetti variations; the differences photographing George Balanchine and Jerome Robbins' choreographic works; how Caras thinks about photography and changing to a digital camera; coming out of the closet as a gay man to Mr. Balanchine with his decision to then leave NYCB and later return; and concludes with a Question and Answer session.
