The display type used is foundry Bauer Bodoni and Futura Light cast at Fundición Tipográfica Neufville. The display type was hand set by Arthur Larson at Horton Tank Graphics. The type was printed by Daniel Keleher at Wild Carrot Letterpress. The position of the type facing the drawing changes according to chance. The position of the double page spreads of facing text, and the display pages, remains constant. The type has been printed on a heavy Gampi paper. The same paper, hand-waxed, has been used for the covers, with the type printed from lithographic plates in reverse on the underside of the sheets. The covers were printed by David Lantow.
