  6. "[With] lithographs by Stephen Bastian ... printed on Sekishu Torinoko Gampi by David Lantow. The size, position, number, and sequence of the drawings changes in each of the sets produced. The text was set in English Monotype Baskerville by Pat Taylor, Richard Shaw and Earl Kallemeyn at Out of Sorts Letterfoundery [sic]. The text was hand composed at Horton Tank Graphics. The display type used is foundry Bauer Bodoni and Futura Light cast at Fundición Tipográfica Neufville. The display type was hand set by Arthur Larson at Horton Tank Graphics. The type was printed by Daniel Keleher at Wild Carrot Letterpress. The position of the type facing the drawing changes according to chance. The position of the double page spreads of facing text, and the display pages, remains constant. The type has been printed on a heavy Gampi paper. The same paper, hand-waxed, has been used for the covers, with the type printed from lithographic plates in reverse on the underside of the sheets. The covers were printed by David Lantow. The books and display sheets were bound and/or assembled at Jovonis Bindery [sic]"--The first meeting of the Satie Society, c1994, p. [4] at end.
