The intaglio plates were prepared at Universal Limited Art Editions. These plates were printed at Evans Editions. This work has been hand bound at Garthegaat Bindery. The design is by Benjamin Shiff"--Colophon.
  6. "[With] five etchings by Robert Rauschenberg printed by Sue Ann Evans at Evans Editions. The plates are wiped in white ink with a surface roll of black ... The etchings are positioned by chance ... on all of the sheets printed. The sequence also changes, as determined by chance, in all of the sets produced. The type has been hand set by Arthur Larson at Horton Tank Graphics ... The type was printed by Daniel Keleher at Wild Carrot Letterpress. The position of the text changes by chance ... The paper for the text was hand made by Paul Wong and Sharon Durr at Dieu Donné from cotton rag and abaca with dispersed pigment, and was dried on metal plates. The paper for the covers was hand made by Kathryn Clarke [sic] at Twinrocker from black linen rag. The books and exhibition sheets have been bound and/or assembled by Kim O'Donnell at Garthegaat Bindery"--The first meeting of the Satie Society, c1994, p. [2] at end.
