  2. Two camera angles of the performance. Disc 1 is from one camera (Links I), and Disc 2 is from another camera (Links II).
  3. Video image is very dark. Audio for Disc 1 starts at 0:00:28, but a discernable video image does not begin until 0:02:50. Disc 2's video image begins at 0:01:09.
