- Sir Charles Blagden, a physician in the British hospital system, wrote these letters to Sir Joseph Banks between July 7, 1776 and June 21, 1780. The letters concern American affairs, the movement of armies, and other topics, with some remarks on scientific matters. The letters were printed in the Bulletin of the New York Public Library, vol. 7 (1903): 407-446.
